The following is my sale policy:

1) I ship depending on the circumstances - please inquiry if interested

2) I do not sell rabbits under the age of 8 weeks.

3) I withhold the right to refuse to sell a rabbit with no explanation given - If I do this, any deposit you have placed on the rabbit will be refunded fully

4) I require at least $10 deposit to hold a rabbit

5) Rabbits that I mark as “show” or “brood” quality come with a pedigree. Rabbits that I mark as “pet” quality come with a birth certificate.

6) If a rabbit is not picked up within a week of the agreed upon pick up date the rabbit will be sold to someone else and any deposit placed on the rabbit will be my own.

7) I will vouch for the health of a rabbit until one week after pick-up. If a rabbit gets sick then, or the problem is genetic, I will refund your money or give you a rabbit of equal or lesser value when it is next available. If the problem occurs after the first week of pick-up, or is not genetic, I will not refund your money unless I so chose.

VISITING POLICIES

With my busy school schedule, visiting can be hard, I prefer to do all visits on Saturdays but other arrangements can be made.

1) NO VISITING ON SUNDAYS! “Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the 7th is unto the Lord Your God” There are no exceptions to this rule.

2) Visiting on any days must be scheduled ahead of time.

3) Visits are limited to 45 minutes unless otherwise clarified.

4) Please use Mapquest for directions or ask me.

5) Children (or adults) are not allowed to touch, poke, etc any rabbits unless I give permission. None of my rabbits bite, but some are pregnant or have kits and these tend to be nervous around strangers.

6) Following the lines of #5, no screaming or yelling will be tolerated.

7) If I ask you to leave, please do so without a fuss.

8 ) If these rules are not tolerated you will not be allowed to return to my rabbitry or purchase a rabbit from me.
